Nice int & good to see her relaxed & engaging here. Instead of awkward & dumbstruck as in other interviews which I guess is due to her shyness + communication problem as she mentions.
Shy people often are disadvantaged in life opportunities — don’t come across well in job interviews etc. She is an inspirational reminder that beneath the social awkwardness of people with shyness may be someone of intelligence & talent who deserves a chance to succeed if only we can look beyond the superficial.
I dearly loved this interview! Susan looks so happy, well, and every bit the star we all knew she was. And does anybody have a better laugh? ! No, she’s got it all. Well done Susan, we love you and are proud of you!

This is defininately her best interview. I suspect that it was because Matt Lauer comes across as somone who truly admires and likes her, not just someone who has to do an interview. He seems geniunely interested in her. She seems very at ease with her.
